By visiting our website, you leave behind data that we, HAPPY COACH, can use. In this privacy policy, we would like to make it clear how we handle this, what we do with this collected data and why.
HAPPY COACH can process personal data about you because you use the services of HAPPY COACH, and/or because you provide it to HAPPY COACH yourself when completing a contact form on the website. HAPPY COACH may process the following personal data:

Why does HAPPY COACH use your data?
HAPPY COACH processes your personal data to be able to contact you if you request it, and/or on the basis of a legitimate interest such as (re)marketing objectives, and/or in the execution of an assignment agreement concluded with you.
How long does HAPPY COACH keep data?
HAPPY COACH does not keep your personal data longer than strictly necessary to realise the purposes for which your data are collected.

Mapping website traffic:
General visit data is kept n the HAPPY COACH website, including your computer's IP address and the time of retrieval and data your browser sends. This data is used for analyses of visit and click behaviour on the website. HAPPY COACH uses this information to improve the functioning of the website. This data is anonymised as much as possible and is not provided to third parties.
Google Analytics & Facebook pixel:
HAPPY COACH uses Google Analytics and Facebook pixel to track how users use the website, how effective HAPPY COACH's Adwords and Facebook ads are and for the sake of (re)marketing objectives. The information thus obtained, including the address of your computer (IP address), is transferred to and stored by Google and Facebook on servers in the United States. Please read the privacy policies of Google and Facebook for more information.
Google and Facebook may provide this information to third parties if legally required to do so, or to the extent that these third parties process the information on their behalf. HAPPY COACH has no influence on this and has not given permission to use information obtained through HAPPY COACH for other services.

View, modify or delete data:
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You can send a request for this to Karine Plas, Data Protection Officer of HAPPY COACH at karine@happycoach.be. HAPPY COACH will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.

Security:
HAPPY COACH takes appropriate measures to counter abuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised modification. If a personal data breach has occurred, HAPPY COACH shall report it to the Privacy Commission without unreasonable delay and, if possible, not later than 72 hours after it has become aware of it, unless the personal data breach is unlikely to pose a risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons.
